If you have just purchased Filmii, you may need to wait for the transaction to be fully processed. If your order was completed successfully, here are a couple of things you can check:

  1. Are you signed in? You will always be on the free trial unless you sign in using a Wondershare ID associated with a paid license.
  2. Were you already signed in while using the free trial? If so, you may need to refresh your activation status from the account window.
  3. Check to make sure you purchased the version of Filmii compatible with your computer (I.e. Mac or PC).
  4. Try signing out, closing the program, and then opening it and signing in again.
