If you have just purchased Filmii, you may need to wait for the transaction to be fully processed. If your order was completed successfully, here are a couple things you can check:
- Are you signed in? You will always be on the free trial unless you sign in using a Wondershare ID associated with a paid license.
- Were you already signed in while using the free trial? If so, you may need to refresh your activation status from the account window.
- Check to make sure you purchased the version of Filmii compatible with your computer (I.e. Mac or PC).
- Try signing out, closing the program, and then opening it and signing in again.
